While rolling clothes can help you create a better organized bag maximize space and keep clothing wrinkle free it isn t a magic method that will help you bring more clothing.
Roll it up towards the sleeves about three inches.
Roll on a hard surface like tile hardwood floors or a table.
Using the methods taught in this video will allow you to take more clothes wit.
Then fold the bottom two inches of the item inside out so it creates a type of pocket along one side of the clothing.
Fold them lengthwise then roll up each folded piece into a bundle before placing them into the packing cubes.
Packing cubes are a great way to keep your stuff organized and compact and determine whether or not you should fold or roll.
To properly roll your clothes lay the item of clothing out flat.
Rolling will keep your clothes compressed letting you make the most of the space in your suitcase.
Rolling the rest of your clothes helps you make the most of the gaps in your suitcase that folding can leave.
Rolling allows you to squeeze as much clothing as you can fit into a cube.
To roll a tee shirt for a packing cube lay the shirt front side up and smooth it out with your hands.
Create a cuff at the bottom like you did for shirts.
Lay out any clothes made of softer material such as underwear t shirts jeans cotton pants and knitwear.
Lay the dress out flat in front of you with the hem at the bottom.
Roll up the bottom part of the shirt about 3 inches to create a cuff then fold in the left and right sides of the shirt to make it into a rectangle.
Smooth out the clothing as flat as possible beforehand and stop to smooth again if needed while rolling.
Rolling dresses is very similar to the above procedure for shirts.
Place the roll in the packing cube.
